Manufactured New Homes
Manufactured New Homes provides support and rebates for retailers and communities offering ENERGY STAR® and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Efficient New Homes.
Eligibility
- New manufactured homes in New Mexico Gas Company service territory
- Homes that meet program energy efficiency requirements*
- Participation by enrolled retailers, communities, and manufacturers
Rebates Available
Rebates are available for both single-section and multi-section units. *
*Homes completed by a registered manufactured home participant between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027, are available for rebates through our 2026 program. Rebate applications must be received by April 30, 2027. See Program Terms and Conditions for additional details
How To Participate
- Enroll as a participating retailer or community.
- Select an eligible ENERGY STAR® or DOE Efficient New Home.
- Install the home per manufacturer requirements.
- Submit required documentation for rebates.
- Receive rebates after application approval.
